OPTION 1: STANDARD OVERNIGHT BOARD AND TRAIN

THE STANDARD BOARD & TRAIN INCLUDES YOUR PUPPY OR DOG COMING TO THE DOG RANCH TO WORK BASIC FOUNDATIONS, OBEDIENCE, AND TO ADDRESS CHALLENGE BEHAVIORS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR PUPPIES.

Rates: Standard Board & Trains begin at $135.00 per day.

  • puppies or dogs with extreme separation anxiety, excessive potty training challenges (soiling in the crate), or behaviors requiring very close and constant monitoring may alter the rate or additional training may be required before beginning.

  • rate includes all training treats/rewards; please bring your dog’s food — although if they are not motivated by their standard meals (do not eat as soon as the food goes down), alternative rewards will be provided and used

  • puppies and dogs are trained and worked multiple times per day and generally not ever fed from the bowl, only by hand in a working session

  • Minimum of three weeks is required to start with PLUS an initial “pre” in-home lesson and post lesson in home (training package highly recommended following a board and train)

    *SHORTER BOARD AND TRAIN STAYS MAY BE PERMITTED FOR EXISTING 1V1 TRAINING CLIENTS, OR ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS
    IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOLLOWING YOUR BOARD & TRAIN TO COMMIT TO A LESSON PACKAGE AS PART OF THE POST-TRAINING PLAN (OPPOSED TO ONLY 1 FOLLOW UP LESSON).

  • For a well-round training experience you may mix & match board and train programs together to balance out socialization as well as standard training (please contact for rates/questions).

  • 1 initial consult in advance of the board & train in-your-home required

  • 1 follow up board & train in-your-home-lesson required, typically scheduled the day of departure (4-pack + minimum is highly recommended and training 1-2x/week upon the dog’s return is HIGHLY ADVISED).
