I understand that a holiday stay includes the noted holiday itself and also two days pre and post of the holiday. I understand there is a three night minimum stay for observed holidays. In the case I do not need to utilize the minimum stay I understand I am still required to pay the three day minimum. I understand the three night minimum stay deposit (check only, mailed) is required at the time of my booking in order to finalize and secure space for my dog(s). Space is not secured until the three day deposit is received. I understand that if I cancel my stay within 90 days of the start of the booking I will forfeit 100% of my deposit. If holiday stay is cancelled outside of the 90 days 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. If the holiday stay (holiday stay referring to the stay falling over the holiday itself) is altered within 90 days of the start date so that dates adjust or change and the stay is no longer falling over the holiday or two days pre or post, 100% of the deposit is forfeited and will not be utilized for future arrangements or changes. I understand there are no arrivals/departures on observed holidays and hours may be limited on days surrounding observed holidays.
